This cruise includes a dinner buffet featuring our Captain's Prime Rib dinner. It is a buffet meal with main entrees of Prime Rib, Chicken Florentine, Teriyaki Grilled Salmon, Chipotle Apricot Glazed Pork Chops and Vegetarian Lasagna along with sides of Potato Dauphinoise, Cheese Tortellini with Pesto Cream Sauce, Wild Rice, Caribbean Vegetable Medley, Assorted Salads and Dinner Rolls.
