Our Friday Margarrita dinner buffet features our Captain's Prime Rib dinner. It is a buffet meal with main entrees of Prime Rib, Chicken Florentine, Grilled Salmon with teriyaki sauce, Chipotle apricot glazed pork chops and Vegetarian Lasagna along with sides of potato Dauphinoise, cheese tortellini with pesto cream sauce, wild rice, Caribbean vegetable medley, assorted salads, assorted rolls, dessert, coffee, water and iced tea.
