NO CRUISE. DOCKSIDE EVENT FOR THE BEST VIEWS.. THE BOAT WILL BE DOCKED BEHIND JOE LOUIS ARENA. PARKING IS AT JOE LOUIS ARENA GARAGE WHICH IS LOCATED ON THE EAST JEFFERSON EXIT ON THE LODGE FREEWAY.
$69.95 (all passengers)plus tax/tip
The Boat will be located by Joe Louis Arena due to Coast Guard regulations and will be stationary all evening. The Detroit River is closed to all vessel traffic and the only way the Detroit Princess can be any closer to the fireworks, than a mile away at Belle Isle, is to remain dockside. The advantage of this is you will have the absolute closest seats of any venue in Detroit; the fireworks will be exploding basically right above your head during this spectacular fireworks extravaganza!
You also get to enjoy live entertainment in air conditioned comfort.
Cash bar.
All passengers have to be on board by 7:00pm, as the Coast Guard and the Police Department will not allow anyone to be on the Riverwalk after this time, we recommend being here earlier rather then later as the freeways coming into the city get very congested and roads do close sometime around 6pm. Outside seating for everyone during the fireworks, inside seating during dinner and to enjoy the entertainment.
What better place to enjoy the fireworks then in air-conditioned comfort right up until they explode! Features our Captain's Prime Rib dinner. It is a buffet meal with main entrees of Carved Prime Rib, Chicken Picata, Crab Stuffed Salmon and Vegetarian Lasagna along with sides of Twice Baked Potatoes, Cheese Tortellini with Pesto Cream Sauce, Wild Rice, Caribbean Vegetable Medley, Assorted Salads, Dinner Rolls and Dessert.
There will be a cash bar available. This is a long evening aboard and due to city police regulations that night, passengers that board will be on for the duration so we do not encourage bringing children. If you opt to bring a child, child tickets are full price this evening.
